Operating philosophy

Infrastructure is judged by what doesn't happen. Nobody notices a jetty that holds, a steam line that doesn't fail, a plant that runs through the monsoon. That invisibility is the product.

Timeline

  1. 2006

    Founded in Kota Kinabalu. Four people, structural steel subcontracting.

  2. 2009

    First mill contract. Process division formed.

  3. 2011

    Sandakan fabrication yard opens.

  4. 2015

    ISO 9001 and 45001 certified. CIDB Grade G7.

  5. 2019

    Labuan operations office. First offshore support scope.

  6. 2023

    Asset Integrity formed as a standalone division.

Policies

Safety

No project schedule justifies an unsafe method. Work stops when a hazard is identified, and it stops without argument. Our lost-time incident record is published on the home page and updated monthly.

Quality

Inspection hold points are agreed before fabrication begins, and clients are invited to attend any of them. Deviations are recorded and reported, not resolved quietly.

Environment

We work along a coastline that people fish and live on. Sediment control, waste tracking, and spill response are costed into every marine scope rather than added when required.

We train people here.

Our apprenticeship intake comes from Sabah polytechnics and vocational colleges. Fourteen apprentices are in training across the three sites — structural fabrication, mechanical fitting, and inspection.
