Capabilities

Four divisions, one company. The drawing, the steel, and the installation are under the same management.

01 ·

Structural & Civil

  • Steel fabrication,
  • industrial buildings,
  • plant foundations,
  • jetty superstructure,
  • pipe racks,
  • tank farms,
  • workshop and stores buildings.

Own fabrication yard means the drawing and the steel are under the same roof.

Marine & Coastal

  • Jetties,
  • berth structures,
  • mooring dolphins,
  • fender systems,
  • shoreline protection and revetment,
  • offshore support base works,
  • load-out facilities.

Tidal windows in Sabah are narrow. Work is planned around them, not against them.

03 ·

Process & Mechanical

  • Palm oil mill plant,
  • sterilizer stations,
  • water and effluent treatment systems,
  • piping and pipework,
  • pressure vessels,
  • boiler house works,
  • mechanical installation and alignment.

Shutdowns are costed in days of lost production. Scheduling is the engineering.

Piping isometric — flanges, valve and insulation Isometric pipe run with a vertical offset, two flanged joints and a handwheel valve. Dashed lines indicate insulation around part of the pipe.

Asset Integrity

  • Condition surveys,
  • NDT and inspection programmes,
  • corrosion management,
  • cathodic protection,
  • remaining-life assessment,
  • maintenance planning and scheduling.

The division that stops the other three from being needed twice.

How we work

  1. Assessment

Site survey, measurement, condition data. We establish what is actually there before proposing anything.

    Request an assessment
  2. Design

Drawings, calculations, and approvals. Reviewed with you before fabrication begins.

  3. Fabrication

Yard work with defined inspection hold points. You are welcome at any of them.

  4. Installation

Site work sequenced around your operations, not ours.

  5. Commissioning & handover

Testing, as-built drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals.
